Set in a private location, yet accessible from all road networks, The Therapy Cabin is purpose build for a relaxing therapeutic experience. A non-clinical setting with soft furnishings, cushions, blankets so you can be comfortable. You will not be sitting in a busy waiting room with others. There is also a toilet, hand washing facilities and ample free, easy parking.

After an initial conversation and taking your history, we will plan a way forward with your goals in mind.
I am trained in many therapy modalities which integrate together to make sure you get the help and support you need.
I am TRAUMA TRAINED and TRAUMA INFORMED. This is very important and it is something you should ask before working with a professional.
Some people delay seeking help because they are afraid of retelling or reliving a past experience. If you are worried about this or being re-traumatised, I fully understand. My number one rule is SAFETY and I establish this early on and I work at your pace. I can help you without hearing the full story, so please do not allow this to be the thing that stops you seeking help and moving forward with your life.
When you work with me, we work as a team and I will teach you skills for life. I support my clients to be able to live their lives to their full potential! My therapies cover the physical, mental and emotional aspects of your life. You do not need to know what therapy you need as I will know what will work best for you.

What is Therapy?
Sometimes all we need is a friend or partner to let off steam with or talk through what’s bothering us and we often feel better for doing this. However, when you come to therapy, the therapist will create a safe space for you to talk, they will ‘hold’ this for you and listen in a non-judgemental and compassionate way. As a therapist who is also a body worker I can help you ‘Heal the body and the Mind’ because I have found that ‘Words are not Enough’.

I’ve spent years learning neurobiology and neuroscience and how we live in our bodies. The more I learn about how our minds and bodies work and how we are influenced by external factors, the more I understand what is often keeping people in a cycle of illness and negativity. Everything that we experience is ‘recorded’ by the body. It’s the body that alerts us to seek help. This is why I became a body worker. Working ‘just cognitively’ will be selling you short!
